Shipping and Handling

- Confirmed orders will be shipped immediately

- We ship by the carrier of our choice.

- We are located in Los Angeles, USA and your items will usually receive between 3 – 5 business days from date of payment.

Return and Exchange

- Customer must pay for return shipping after 90 days

Undelivered Parcels

- Shipping address provided must be vaild.

- For parcel returned to us unopened due to returned to sender, additional shipping cost will be charged per order.

Parcel Damaged by Freight

- We make every effort to ensure that your order is packed and delivered in a safe manner. Please review the shipment thoroughly upon receipt. If in any case the parcel was damaged or unsealed, please make a clear note on the delivery receipt before sign and make all claims with the courier directly. Failure to make such claim will result in denial of claim.

Backorders
